Through this program, every member of our team has the opportunity to champion a cause close to their heart. Each year, PMG team members can donate to a nonprofit organization of their choice, supporting a cause that reflects their personal passions and connections. 

It’s a way to celebrate the individuality of each team member while creating a meaningful, lasting impact together. From health and education to housing, family services, and animal wellness, PMG Gives Back allows the entire team to make a difference in ways that matter most to them.

Investing in a cause that matters.

At PMG, giving back reflects who we are as individuals and as a team. Through our PMG Gives Back employee program, we allocate financial support to nonprofit organizations personally selected by our team members, investing in causes that hold genuine meaning. By honoring each person’s connection to their chosen organization, we collectively support a wide range of missions with purpose and intention.

Beyond financial contributions, our team also volunteers their time serving on boards, supporting events, and actively engaging in the community. We believe presence matters.
