To pair with the strengthened messaging, PMG developed a refreshed visual identity designed to feel both timeless and distinctive. The stand-out component to the updated logo is a hand-drawn portico icon – an intentional nod to the iconic architectural feature that has become synonymous with the Ritz Charles experience. For generations of guests, their portico has served as the welcoming entrance to weddings, celebrations, and special occasions. By bringing it into the brand mark, the identity connects the company’s visual presence with the physical place and memories people already associate with Ritz Charles.
The updated logo, new font pairings, and expanded color palette were combined with supporting design elements and a curated visual mood board into a visual brand guide. This guide equips the Ritz Charles team with a clear framework to maintain a polished, cohesive look and feel as the brand continues to evolve.
Together, the messaging and visual system create a strong, long-term foundation that strengthens brand recognition, aligns internal teams, and ensures the Ritz Charles story is told consistently across every platform.
