He Knows Your Name Ministry + Pence Media Group

At Pence Media Group (PMG), we take pride in partnering with organizations that make a meaningful difference in their communities. One such organization is He Knows Your Name Ministry, whose mission is to ensure that every life is remembered with dignity and honor. Recently, we had the privilege of supporting He Knows Your Name Ministry in collaboration with the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office for a deeply impactful campaign: a public funeral and monument dedication to honor the victims of the Fox Hollow Tragedy.

In the 1990s, the remains of eight individuals were discovered on the Fox Hollow Farm estate in Westfield, IN. Last year, the identification of a ninth victim brought renewed attention to the case. The tragedy extends further, with over 10,000 remains scattered across the estate’s 18 acres, making it one of the largest single-site forensic investigations outside of the World Trade Center recovery efforts.

To ensure these victims were remembered with dignity, He Knows Your Name Ministry partnered with the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office to host a public funeral and unveil a monument in their honor. PMG was honored to provide media and communications expertise to amplify this important story and support He Knows Your Name Ministry in their mission.

We developed press materials, coordinated with local, regional and national media outlets, and facilitated interviews to tell the story of the Fox Hollow victims and the ministry’s unwavering dedication to remembering them. The result was a wide reach of impactful media coverage that brought awareness to this case and the heart behind the campaign.

Press Conference + On-Site Media Support

PMG managed a press conference held a week prior to the funeral and monument dedication. This press conference served as an opportunity to raise awareness about the Fox Hollow tragedy and emphasize the mission of He Knows Your Name Ministry. Our team coordinated every detail, from scheduling interviews to preparing key messaging, ensuring that the event’s purpose and significance were effectively communicated to the media. By managing this event, PMG set the tone for respectful and meaningful coverage before the ceremony.

During the main event, PMG provided on-site media support to ensure seamless communication and coordination with press attendees. Our team managed interviews, facilitated live coverage, and handled inquiries from journalists, ensuring that all aspects of the event were respectfully and accurately represented. By being present and proactive, we helped maintain a narrative focused on honoring the victims and showcasing the impactful work of He Knows Your Name Ministry.

Content Creation + Live Social Media Management

In the lead-up to the event, PMG collaborated with He Knows Your Name founder, Linda Znachko, to produce a heartfelt video inviting the public to attend. This video, shared across Linda’s social channels, highlighted the importance of honoring the victims and emphasized the mission behind the event.
