GhostRanch Communications, an industry-leading presentation design company, entered into a new era of leadership and partnered with Pence Media Group to make the announcement loud and impactful. 

PMG worked alongside GhostRanch to amplify the promotion of the company’s new CEO and COO through strategic storytelling, earned media, thought leadership and executive visibility with the goal to increase awareness in the community, build credibility around the new leadership team and position GhostRanch as an innovative voice within the creative and presentation design industry.

PMG focused on understanding the GhostRanch brand at a deeper level. Through extensive research and discovery, the team immersed itself in the presentation design world to identify opportunities for positioning, messaging and media engagement. PMG developed a comprehensive public relations strategy that would guide the partnership and ensure every communication effort aligned with GhostRanch’s larger business goals.

A major focus of the campaign centered around media relations and earned media outreach. PMG drafted the official CEO and COO announcement press release and distributed it through PR Newswire and target audience channels, generating significant traction.

The release was picked up by 610 outlets and delivered an audience reach of more than 155 million people. The announcement also drove strong engagement across GhostRanch’s owned channels, resulting in thousands of click-throughs to the company’s website, LinkedIn page and media assets.

Beyond the initial announcement, PMG developed a layered media outreach strategy designed to keep GhostRanch top of mind across national, local and trade publications (in creative, automotive and other industries). The team crafted multiple pitch angles tailored to different audiences and media opportunities.

Between January and March 2026, PMG secured 73 unique earned media placements for GhostRanch. The coverage generated an estimated advertising value equivalency of more than $999,000 and appeared across digital outlets with a combined monthly reach exceeding 108 million unique visitors. More importantly, the media coverage provided valuable third-party credibility that elevated GhostRanch’s visibility within the industry and reinforced its reputation as a forward-thinking creative partner.

PMG also focused heavily on building executive thought leadership opportunities for the GhostRanch team. Throughout the engagement, PMG identified, researched and submitted applications for speaking engagements across CEO and COO local markets and national marketing, business and events organizations. PMG helped position GhostRanch leadership not only as business executives, but as trusted voices within the broader creative and marketing landscape.

This included three secured interviews with Authority Magazine focused on the thought leadership expertise of GhostRanch Communications founder, CEO and COO. These Q+A format interviews provide an inside look at GhostRanch’s success and operations to become one of the leading presentation design companies. 

Additionally, Pence Media Group secured GhostRanch CEO Allie Wilson with an Op-Ed in INside Indiana Business with the title, “Why presentations are the most important tool in modern marketing.” The article features Allie’s expertise on past presentations by GhostRanch Communications while highlighting what sets a good presentation or marketing campaign apart in an era of short attention spans.

Pence Media Group also pursued industry recognition through strategic award submissions. The team drafted and submitted applications for multiple honors, helping elevate both the GhostRanch brand and its leadership team within highly visible professional circles.

To complement the earned media strategy, Pence Media Group also developed a LinkedIn content approach focused on executive visibility and authentic storytelling. PMG drafted announcement and thought leadership posts for members of the GhostRanch leadership team, helping amplify the leadership transition directly to industry peers, clients, and partners.

The engagement across LinkedIn reflected strong audience interest and support, with leadership posts generating hundreds of reactions, comments, and reposts. PMG also developed additional thought leadership content around topics such as live design, rapid ideation, and operational excellence within creative organizations — helping GhostRanch continue meaningful conversations beyond the initial announcement.
