With a reputation built on deep market expertise and an unwavering commitment to serving businesses across all 92 Indiana counties and beyond, 92c Partners sought a refreshed brand identity that reflected their bold vision for growth and unwavering professionalism, while subtly reflecting the “fun” of their company culture. Understanding the nuances of the commercial real estate industry, we developed a brand that not only honors their legacy of service but also positions them for future success in an evolving market.

Brand Messaging

A successful rebrand begins with powerful messaging. We worked closely with the 92c Partners team to refine their brand voice, ensuring it effectively communicated their expertise, approachability, and commitment to top-tier client service. By developing a messaging framework that highlights their hands-on commitment and state-wide reach, we helped solidify 92c Partners as an industry leader with local heart.

Logo Suite Refresh

A brand’s visual identity is just as critical as its messaging. To bring 92c Partners’ updated visuals  to life, we refreshed their logo suite and introduced a modernized color palette that reflects their sophistication and forward-thinking approach. The refined aesthetics ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, reinforcing credibility and professionalism. PMG was also proud to add extra colors to the palette to reflect their involvement with certain local events and sponsorships, including Zoobilation.

Website Development

As part of 92c Partners’ rebrand, we developed a dynamic new website that launched in June 2025. Designed to reflect their forward-thinking approach to commercial real estate, the site serves as a platform to showcase their expertise in brokerage, project management, and space planning. With a modern, user-friendly design, it highlights their comprehensive service lines, features insights from their talented + professional team, and provides an engaging experience for clients and other brokers alike. The website also includes a dedicated section for their latest property listings, making it easy for clients to explore leasing and buying opportunities. This new digital presence not only reinforces their reputation for excellence but also positions them for continued growth in an evolving market.

Marketing Assets

First impressions matter and well-crafted marketing materials help businesses stand out. We designed polished business cards, listing flyers, email campaign, and an offering memorandum to elevate 92c Partners’ networking and client interactions. These assets not only align with the refreshed branding but also serve as powerful tools in communicating their services and values.

Social Media Audit + Template Creation

Social media is a crucial part of brand awareness and we conducted a full-scale social media audit for 92c Partners to assess their strengths and opportunities. From there, we developed customized templates and a strategic content plan to help them maintain a strong and cohesive online presence. By providing them with the tools to share their expertise, industry insights, and company culture, we positioned 92c Partners for long-term digital success.

Influencer Strategy

We also helped 92c Partners develop an influencer strategy featuring their intern, Indiana Men’s Basketball player Anthony Leal. Leveraging his platform and engagement, we crafted a content approach that highlights his role at 92c Partners while authentically connecting with a younger audience interested in business and real estate.

Through this rebrand, 92c Partners now has a refreshed identity that truly represents their mission, expertise, and commitment to client service. With a polished visual identity, compelling messaging, and an elevated  digital presence, they are well-positioned for continued success in the commercial real estate industry.
