Pence Media Group Wins Bronze ADDY for FFA’s “Grow With Us” Brand Campaign

Pence Media Group is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded a Bronze American Advertising Federation ADDY Award in the Integrated Brand Identity Campaign category for our work on FFA’s “Grow With Us” campaign.

With more than 100 entries submitted this year, the competition was stacked and we’re honored that our work stood out among such a talented field of creatives.

FFA’s “Grow With Us” brand campaign is a dynamic, colorful, and inspiring initiative, aimed to cultivate a deeper appreciation and enrollment in agricultural education among students and families in Indiana. Rooted in FFA’s legacy of leadership, innovation, and hands-on learning, the campaign showcases the countless opportunities within agriculture, encouraging the next generation to be part of its future.

At the heart of the campaign is a bold and engaging brand identity that reflects the vitality of modern agriculture. The visuals are fresh and vibrant, featuring imagery of students in action exploring cutting-edge ag technology, cultivating sustainable farming practices, and learning collaboratively in the classroom. The brand’s color palette and logo, created by PMG partner and graphic designer Lindsay Hadley, combines FFA’s signature blue and gold with earthy, natural tones of green and taupe, reinforcing a deep connection to the land and a shared responsibility to be a good steward.

As part of our integrated approach, the campaign included a sleek, interactive website that serves as its digital home. The site offers engaging information, eye-catching visuals, and a clear path for how students and parents can get involved in agricultural education. It’s a true resource for anyone seeking to understand the value and opportunities within the FFA experience.

To bring it all together, we produced beautifully shot brand videos which serve as the emotional core of the campaign. These storytelling pieces weave together compelling student stories, input from educators, group interactions, exciting moments from the National FFA Convention, and the voices of passionate young leaders. They capture the essence of growth, innovation, and community, and invite students from all backgrounds to discover their path in agriculture.

The Addy Integrated Brand Identity Campaign category recognizes entries that showcase a series of mixed creative elements working in harmony to support a brand with up to ten pieces to be entered including logos, website, signage, animations, and more. We’re proud that “Grow With Us” was recognized for its cohesion, creativity, and impact.

This award is a testament to the collaboration, vision, and storytelling that drives everything we do at PMG. We’re so grateful for our partners at FFA, to our incredibly talented team for bringing this campaign to life, and to the North Central Indiana AAF organization for appreciating this brand as much as we do.
