Emily Sullivan is the Senior Content Strategist at Pence Media Group (PMG), where she leads content strategy, social media marketing, copywriting, brand messaging, and creative campaign development for the agency’s growing client roster. As PMG’s first full-time employee, Emily has helped shape the agency’s content direction, creative processes, and brand storytelling approach from the ground up, playing a central role in how PMG delivers strategic, high-impact marketing for its clients.
At PMG, Emily develops and executes content strategies designed to increase brand awareness, strengthen audience engagement, and support larger marketing and business goals. Her work spans social media strategy, campaign planning, caption and copy development, brand voice refinement, content calendars, creative ideation, and digital storytelling across multiple platforms. She creates content that is both strategic and audience-driven, helping clients show up consistently and effectively across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, blogs, email marketing, and other digital channels.

An alumna of IU Indianapolis, Emily earned her degree in journalism and communications with a specialization in public relations. She continues to give back by returning as a guest speaker, sharing real-world marketing and communications insight with students.
