Nicole Pence Becker is a strategic communications expert and founder of Pence Media Group (PMG), a full-service consultancy specializing in public relations, brand development and marketing.
Prior to founding PMG in 2017, Nicole built a career as an Emmy-awarded winning broadcast journalist, earning a reputation for clarity, credibility, and connection. Today, she channels that expertise into helping clients communicate with precision, authenticity, and influence across platforms. Nicole has guided national campaigns, positioned C-suite leaders, and grown PMG into a trusted partner for corporations, nonprofits, and public sector clients alike.
Nicole’s brand of leadership is to be helpful and encourage people and organizations to succeed, grow, and thrive. A proud Hoosier, Nicole holds degrees from DePauw University and a Master’s in Public Affairs from SPEA at IUPUI, both with academic honors. Nicole lives in Carmel, Indiana with her husband Jason and their four sons—Andrew, Colin, Matthew, and Luke.

This fall, PMG was proud to help execute the 25th Anniversary of the Safe Haven Law celebration on November 18, 2025, which was hosted by He Knows Your Name ministry (HKYN). The Safe Haven Law provides a critical option for distressed birth parents to lawfully and anonymously surrender their baby, through Safe Haven Baby Boxes or a hand-off to trusted emergency medical service providers, and opens the door to adoption.
