Holly is a seasoned marketing leader with over 15 years of experience helping brands craft compelling stories and create meaningful, cross-channel experiences. She brings a deep background across B2B SaaS, professional services, and marketplaces, with hands-on expertise spanning the full marketing spectrum—from product and field marketing to sales development. Her true passion lies in brand and digital strategy, where creativity meets performance.
Before joining PMG, Holly served as Head of Marketing at a tech-enabled executive search startup, where she built the marketing function from the ground up. Prior to that, she led Marketing & Alliances at a Salesforce-focused consultancy, and ran Brand & Digital Marketing at a global email deliverability software company. She began her career in video and digital production—a beginning that still shapes her visual and storytelling instincts today.
Known for her Type A tendencies and love of a perfectly organized “To Do” list, Holly thrives on bringing structure to chaos and driving results through thoughtful execution. When she’s not deep in a marketing strategy, you’ll find her speed-reading anything she can get her hands on, bingeing obscure British television, or hanging out with her husband, two kids, and their Westie pup, Yeti.

This fall, PMG was proud to help execute the 25th Anniversary of the Safe Haven Law celebration on November 18, 2025, which was hosted by He Knows Your Name ministry (HKYN). The Safe Haven Law provides a critical option for distressed birth parents to lawfully and anonymously surrender their baby, through Safe Haven Baby Boxes or a hand-off to trusted emergency medical service providers, and opens the door to adoption.
