Nicole Hernandez is a digital creator and storyteller with extensive experience in crafting community-driven content across central Indiana. She brings to PMG a strong skill set in digital content strategy, audience engagement, and brand growth — rooted in years of producing high-volume, deadline-driven stories for local communities. Nicole excels at creating authentic, hyper-local content that highlights the people, businesses, and experiences that shape a city, all while driving meaningful connections between brands and their audiences.
Born and raised on the south side of Indianapolis, Nicole is a proud Hoosier whose passion for storytelling started early. She graduated from Center Grove through the Early College program before earning her bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Journalism with a minor in Visual Communications and Public Relations from Franklin College. Her education provided a strong foundation in writing, media strategy, and visual communication — skills she now brings to her work with Pence Media Group.
Nicole is known for her approachable writing style, attention to detail, and ability to capture authentic moments that resonate with audiences. She has created social and digital campaigns for restaurants, boutiques, tourism partners, and lifestyle brands through her own personal brand, always centering genuine connection and community in her content.
Outside of work, Nicole loves exploring Indy’s food scene, discovering local businesses, and sharing experiences that highlight the heart of the city she calls home. She loves it so much that she even named her mini poodle “Indy.”
