Litho Press Inc. has been a pioneering force in the printing industry since 1953, known for its expertise in large format, offset, and digital printing, particularly in the realms of retail packaging, litho labels, and top sheets. Their dedication to their customers and their craft is evident in everything they do and their commitment to excellence + innovation made them the perfect candidate for a PMG Comprehensive Digital Transformation, which included developing content for a full, custom website redesign. For this project, PMG joined forces with our trusted partners at HustleFish, leveraging their expertise to bring the vision for this website to life. Staying within the $30,000 website budget, the collaboration was rooted in a shared commitment to improve the Litho Press users’ website experience, incorporate brand storytelling, emphasize their skilled team, and showcase all of Litho’s capabilities – along with their fun personality and an innovative design.
The journey to the final website design for Litho Press involved several key steps, starting with a brand revitalization. PMG collaborated with original designer Eric Kass to modernize the brand, create additional digital assets, and update brand guidelines. This process began with a Brand Discovery session where PMG, Eric, and Hustlefish met with Litho Press stakeholders to identify their goals, growth areas, brand potential, business foundations, brand affinity, target audience, brand tone/look/feel, experience and expertise, core values, and market positioning.
The Litho Press team emphasized the importance of a website that would generate leads, automate marketing efforts, and showcase their projects through sophisticated web design. Their vibrant, playful, and sassy brand provided the perfect foundation for this development and redesign.
Hustlefish then worked on the complete redesign, improving SEO, incorporating industry keywords, writing content, and creating a unique design that perfectly reflected their services, target audience needs, and brand, while PMG executed a full Production Shoot to create new video + photo assets such as team photos, headshots, a brand video, and individual videos of each sales member to showcase their personalities which could be utilized on the website.
The refreshed website officially launched at the end of 2023 and the most recent web care report has shown a 58% increase in website views. All of our hard work came to fruition not only with these positive web analytics and a very pleased client, but we were also excited to be honored with a prestigious Silver American Advertising Award (ADDY) from the American Advertising Federation in the North Central Indiana competition for this collaborative B2B website project.
