97th Annual National FFA Convention + Expo GOLD WINNER: EVENT – CONFERENCE/CONVENTION
Pence Media Group was proud to support the 97th National FFA Convention & Expo. National FFA is focused on growing the next generation of leaders in agriculture, and its annual convention is one of Indianapolis’ largest conventions with 72,900+ attendees. Convention week allows FFA members to explore the various pathways for their future, learn new things, and engage with people from across the nation.
PMG managed the newsroom, interns, production studio, social media, influencers, public relations, and crisis communications. Collaborating closely with the FFA team, PMG crafted and executed a comprehensive strategy for content, events, and PR, driving nationwide visibility during the organization’s largest annual event.
For the second year, PMG produced the FFA Live! Inside Convention Show, hosted by our own Nicole Pence Becker. With 7 in-studio interviews and 11 student reporters capturing 64 news stories, the four 1-hour shows recapped each convention day, engaging the 1 million+ FFA members, advisors, families, and supporters through dynamic storytelling and convention highlights.
PMG’s social media and influencer management efforts produced impressive outcomes, combining on-site content creation for National FFA’s channels with strategic collaborations with two influencers. This resulted in over 50 unique pieces of content, more than 7.6 million views, heightened engagement, and a substantial boost in the FFA brand’s visibility across various platforms.
In public relations, we crafted over 60 targeted media lists, authored 50 press releases, and executed 10,214 personalized pitches. Our efforts resulted in more than 2,600 articles and media clips, achieving an AVE of over $91.5 million and a potential audience reach of 9.79 billion.
