Their lineup powers everything from cars, trucks, and marine equipment to motorsports, farming, industry, and even everyday home use. Beyond innovation in performance, Lucas Oil has cemented its place in professional sports as the naming rights holder of Lucas Oil Stadium, home of the Indianapolis Colts, as well as a premier venue for other major athletic events. Extending their reach even further, Lucas Oil is also the Official Oil of the Indiana Fever, supporting visibility across WNBA markets and expanding commitment to women’s sports.

As the 2025 WNBA All-Star Weekend in Indianapolis approached, Lucas Oil sought to elevate its presence on a national stage with a commercial that would cut through the noise and center on its female audience. That’s when Pence Media Group was called in, expanding beyond in-house production to deliver a powerful, polished piece that captured attention and carried momentum nationwide. To take it even further, INNOVATIVE was brought in, building on PMG’s creative foundation to maximize reach and impact.

This project had a tight timeline from concept to execution. Within one month, PMG, Innovative, and Lucas Oil finalized the concept, wrote the script, secured the location, assembled the talent and crew, and prepared the props. With all the groundwork in place, PMG + INNOVATIVE brought it to life with eight distinct scenes filmed across five unique backdrops, all within a 2.5-day production schedule.

month, deadlines were met and the commercial aired nationwide during the 2025 WNBA All-Star Game,
supported by broadcast-ready 30- and 15-second spots and a suite of digital formats tailored for each channel.

With nearly 20 years of experience across journalism, storytelling, and marketing strategy,  Nicole Pence Becker  leads a team known for elevating brands through thoughtful messaging, sharp execution, and high-impact campaigns. Prior to founding PMG in 2017, Nicole built a career as an Emmy-awarded winning broadcast journalist, earning a reputation for clarity, credibility, and connection. Today, Nicole has guided national campaigns, positioned C-suite leaders, and grown PMG into a trusted partner for corporations, nonprofits, and public sector clients alike.  A proud Hoosier, Nicole holds degrees from DePauw University and a Master’s in Public Affairs from SPEA at IUPUI. Nicole lives in Carmel, Indiana with her Jason and their four sons.
