24/7 DINK Pickleball + Pence Media Group
For the past year, Pence Media Group has supported 24/7 DINK Pickleball as it prepared to launch its first location in Fishers, Indiana. While pickleball facilities are popping up across the state, 24/7 DINK is uniquely different from any other, with its zero membership model, around the clock access, tech-enabled facility + user-friendly app, and offerings for players of all skill levels, from newbies to pros.
Led by Senior PR + Marketing Strategist, Claire Hunter, PMG worked alongside the 24/7 DINK team to publicly announce the facility in the Indianapolis area in 2024 and support the facility’s grand opening ceremony in February 2025, with the goal of raising awareness around the facility and its offerings and generating buzz for dinkheads of all ages.
24/7 DINK Public Relations
PMG played a pivotal role in amplifying and showcasing 24/7 DINK’s offerings and impact in the community through strategic public relations efforts. In just one year, the estimated monetary value of secured media coverage (AVE), based on the outlets’ reach and influence, amounted to a combined total of more than $4 million. Outreach resulted in many unique articles , TV broadcast clips, podcast interviews and more. This coverage was instrumental in raising awareness for 24/7 DINK leading up to its grand opening.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF 24/7 DINK IN THE MARKETPLACE

Pence Media Group coordinated with the 24/7 DINK team to publicly announce their plans to build their first location in Fishers, starting with a press release and media pitching in and around the Indianapolis area. PMG’s media outreach around the announcement resulted in 30 unique articles and 44 unique broadcast clips.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF 24/7 DINK GRAND OPENING
Once 24/7 DINK was ready to open its doors to the public, PMG sent a second press release with details of the ribbon cutting ceremony and coordinated media interviews for co-founders John Hurley and Scott Brenton to educate the community about the facility’s unique value propositions and generate awareness and excitement about the new facility and model, offering “pickleball for all”. This second wave of media outreach resulted in 6 unique articles and 14 broadcast clips, including multiple live segments on Where Is Sherman? on FOX 59’s Morning Show.
Video Production
In preparation for the grand opening, Pence Media Group wrote a brand video script and coordinated with a motion graphic designer and a voiceover artist to bring the brand to life via video. The video was utilized across social media, on 24/7 DINK’s website and for social media ads to educate the public about 24/7 DINK’s unique value propositions, highlighting its zero membership model, top of the line facility, community driven tech platform, and more.
Additionally, PMG team member Lauren Casey Bemis created b-roll footage for media purposes and behind-the-scenes content for use across 24/7 DINK social media, as well as interviews with the co-founders to send out to media unable to attend and for future social media use.

24/7 DINK RIBBON CUTTING CELEBRATION
Pence Media Group devised the ribbon cutting run of show, coordinating with key stakeholders including Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness and OneZone Chamber of Commerce President Jack Russell, to account for remarks, photo opps, and the ceremonial cutting of the ribbon during a friends and family VIP grand opening celebration.
PMG team members Claire Hunter, Lexie Manor, and Lauren Casey Bemis were on-site at the ribbon cutting celebration to support the 24/7 DINK team and capture both photo and video content for social media, as well as manage media who attended the ribbon cutting.
