Indy Night Nanny (INN) is a team of dedicated infant care experts who provide exceptional overnight nanny care, helping new and experienced parents adjust to life with a newborn. Indy Night Nanny was founded on a passion for helping babies be the healthiest they can be while informing and educating parents to feel confident in caring for their growing family. In 2021, INN started working with Pence Media Group on a Comprehensive Digital Transformation (CDT) to help better align INN’s message with the service they provide to families in Indianapolis and surrounding areas.

Brand Discovery + Development
Through an in-depth brand discovery session, PMG strategized an updated brand that even involved a new name. When Zaneta first approached our team, her business was named “Multiples Made EZ.” After thorough market research, the decision was made to transition the brand name to “Indy Night Nanny.” This new name directly communicates the core service – providing expert night nanny services, and strategically positioning the company within its geographic target market of Indianapolis. The rebranding aimed to enhance brand recognition, clearly articulate the service proposition, and attract potential clients seeking specialized nighttime care for their infants, thereby setting a solid foundation for the company’s future growth and success in the competitive landscape. This collaborative journey led to the development of a logo and other marketing assets such as business cards, a newsletter, pitch deck, and more. This strategic overhaul not only redefined their visual identity but also strengthened their brand message, ensuring it resonates more profoundly with their clientele.
Website Design + Development
After the launch of the new Indy Night Nanny brand, a new website helped introduce the brand to the community. After months of design and development, Indy Night Nanny’s website is now easy to navigate and demonstrates the unique services they provide with their expert team of dedicated night nannies.
Photo + Video Production
PMG is a Telly Award-winning team that takes brands to the next level and we applied our experience and expertise to visually tell the Indy Night Nanny story. Over the course of our partnership, PMG has executed two production shoots for INN, capturing video and photo assets that are utilized in ongoing branding and marketing efforts. We were happy to bring in Michael Durr as the videographer and Ashley Whitmer as photographer for both production shoots.
Social Media Management + Execution
PMG has managed the social media accounts for Indy Night Nanny for more than two years. In 2023, we were honored to win a PRSA Hoosier Pinnacle award in the category of Social Media Program. Our team analyzed social media growth throughout 2022 and compared those numbers to the client’s social media success in 2021.
Through a consistent content strategy, the year-over-year numbers for Indy Night Nanny’s social media reflect an exponential increase in all social media metrics. To highlight a few:
– Facebook engagement increased by 977.6% in the year 2022
– Instagram gained 189 followers within the year
– Facebook + Instagram reached over 60,000 more accounts in comparison to 2021
The addition of Instagram Reels into this client’s social strategy played a significant role in the platform’s success. Through PMG’s efforts, Indy Night Nanny was able to educate the public about its services + increase revenue by double digits in 2022.

After graduation, Katie worked as a reporter for INDYCAR on NBC Sports, Fox Sports Midwest, PBR, NCAA and Indiana Pacers. When she is not working, Katie enjoys boating with her husband and daughter, chasing an adrenaline rush and volunteering with the 500 Festival.
